Reducing the energy intensity of the production process at FILÁK, s.r.o.

The main goal of the project is to reduce the overall energy intensity of the company’s existing operation, i.e. the production process related to machining and bending within the metalworking activities of FILÁK, s.r.o., thanks to the implementation of energy-saving measures related to the reduction of energy intensity/increase in the energy efficiency of production and technological processes, when existing energy-intensive technologies are replaced by new, modern and energy-saving technologies, i.e. 3 pieces of existing machine tools for 1 piece of CNC machining center, 1 piece of existing press brake for 1 piece of CNC press brake and 3 pieces of existing compressors for 2 pieces of compressors.

Reconstruction of a brownfield into a modern operating building of FILÁK, s.r.o. 

The main goal of the project is to build new operating premises for FILÁK s.r.o. The project will remove brownfield buildings that are not effectively used and are currently in unsatisfactory technical and structural conditions, and to build a new operating facility consisting of production and office buildings.

Acquisition of innovative PTR technology to start a unique production of technical industrial gases and other products utilizing secondary plastic materials. 

The main goal of the project is the introduction of an innovative equipment (solutions) focusing on the use of secondary raw materials and to make the utilization of secondary raw materials more efficient.

A set of energy measures accepted by FILÁK, s.r.o. and applied to the production hall in Vlkoš. 

The main goal of the presented project is to reduce the energy demand of the operating building at FILÁK, s.r.o. in the Vlkoš facility, by implementing energy measures promoting reduction of building energy demands in the business sector. This shall be achieved by replacing fillings in building openings and by installing insulation on cooled structures and by applying other structural measures that will have a demonstrable impact on the reduction of building energy demands.
